New Student Enrollment-Transfer Procedure

Parents may pick up the registration packet in the School Counseling Office between the hours of 8 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. In order to register your student, the following documents must be provided: 

1.  Original birth certificate of student enrolling

2.  Immunization record

3.  Two proofs of residency:  a deed, mortgage, mortgage statement or a rental/lease agreement AND a utility bill, current automobile, health or homeowners policy card or bill within 30 days

4.  Transcript from previous school

5.  Custody/court papers if applicable

6.  IEP/504 (if applicable)

Once we have a completed registration packet, parent and student will meet with a counselor during a scheduled appointment time to complete the enrollment process.  Please call the counseling office at (434) 263-8317, ext. 2 to schedule an appointment.
